Divisional Report Spotlight
You need to create a small database where you add the profit for all the schools (by division) so the students know how well their division stands.
This area will be dedicated towards attachments featuring the other schools. I mentioned that each school would be allowed to choose 10 articles and these articles would be connected to their school page. I believe there would be too much of an overflow so I think it would best to pick the 10 best reports from the entire division to hold the front page.
List the participating schools and link their names with the google documents.
You dedicate one student responsible for managing the documents (CEO) and I will download the reports each week for safe keeping.
There should be a Title for Each Section.
The School Tags should be present and the students should be allowed to click those links to redirect them to a google document where the top 10 reports were selected for the school.
There should be another section where I add a title and another link for excess reports. I can call them additional reporting. These could be spotlighted reports and excess reports.
This cuts down my work to looking through the reports and selecting the 10 other kids from my school thought were best solutions and then bringing these up for voting.
If Borlaug wants to be the Bankers they should be given a small processing fee added to their totals. It could be about 1% from all the reports they process but it will add up considering the schools are likely to average $90,000 per week. This means about $900 fee from each school which adds up to a great sum. We can use PayPal figures to adjust to like 2.5% or something.
Borlaug should also be responsible for the advertisements to the other clubs. The kids from Borlaug will be the stars of the show.
